As a business owner I understand what it takes to thrive in a fast paced economic climate.  You need to be light on your feet, and be willing to make hard decisions when called upon.  This world is changing fast and old methods might not work in this digital marketplace.

 

I have a plan to attract high paying jobs to our community without impacting our traffic and infrastructure.  We live in a world where high speed internet allows many executives to work from home, why not make that home here in Volusia?

 

Volusia’s economy can grow stronger without sacrificing our quality of life. 

 

I’ll work to diversify our economy by attracting high-paying jobs and new opportunities for local families. At the same time, I’ll focus on strengthening our existing tax base and supporting small businesses to build long-term resilience. I have a plan to emulate projects like Tulsa Remote, to attract innovative entrepreneurs and businesses to take root and thrive in Volusia County. 

 

We don’t have to choose between economic strength and environmental protection — we can have both. With smart planning and the right partnerships, we can grow the economy, create jobs, and preserve our beautiful wild places for generations to come.
